For organizations to remain competitive in an ever-changing market, leaders – of all levels – must be equipped to inspire others, think strategically, make rapid decisions and drive results during times of volatility, complexity and uncertainty.
Developing leaders of today and tomorrow is critical to maintaining a dynamic workforce that not only drives your business – but also engages your people.
Through a series of interactive workshops and one-on-one coaching, our open-enrollment leadership series stimulates open dialogue, creativity and a deeper understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader. Using a combination of experimental and hands-on activities, classroom learning and group discussions, we focus on the core skills and competencies most associated with successful leadership.
Our two in-house leadership programs, Leadership Coaching Series and Management Incubator provide participants with the insights and skills they need to achieve meaningful results for their organizations.
In addition to the multi-day workshops, participants receive:
- inQ 360 Competency-based Feedback Assessment & Report
- Personality Type Assessment & Report
- 3 Sessions of One-on-one Coaching and Development Planning
- inQ Development Planning Workbook
- Worksheets, Planning Docs, Guides
- Discussions with Local Executives, Leaders and Nonprofits
