Victoria's role at Success Labs includes supporting our consultants with research and project management, and helping to run our leadership development workshops. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in Management with a concentration in Strategic Leadership from Louisiana State University, with minors in International Business and Communication Studies. Victoria served as the President & Vice President of Learning and Development for an organization that serves 300+ women; and she is a member of the LSU Women in Business club and Baton Rouge's Forum 225. Her hobbies include walking the LSU lakes and enjoying time on False River.
