Program Description
The Leadership Coaching Series exceeds the limits of traditional leadership training. This series is ideal for your key team players including middle managers and technical types in leadership positions. The Leadership Coaching Series uses a competency based development system. That means we work with people on those core skills and competencies most associated with successful leadership including: communication, coaching skills, influence, teamwork, and creativity. No other program is designed to provide the kind of personal insight, team experiences and personal coaching necessary to develop leaders for today and tomorrow.
The Leadership Coaching Series focuses on the individual. Its' experiential design, along with a combination of assessments, group workshops, and one-on-one coaching makes it both unique and innovative.

The Series includes:
- Leadership Report (personality, interests, and values assessment)
- Competency Based 360-degree feedback
- 5 half-day workshops (lunch included)
- 3 individual coaching sessions to work on key issues identified through the workshop, 360 assessment and group process
- Team "Community Impact Project" and presentation to Executive Review Board. The project fosters teamwork, communication, leadership, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Creation of an Individual Development Plan
- Facilitation of development discussion between the participant and his/her manager.
- Optional Development Follow-up and/or Continued Coaching

Continue the Learning:
Individual Development Follow Up (optional) tracks the progress of our LCS participants 6 months post program completion. The participant's boss, peers, direct reports and customers will reassess the participant on those competencies identified in their 360 degree feedback and individual development plan. Participants receive a report as well as a follow-up coaching session to review progress. This really allows participants to see if they are making positive changes and helps ensure he/she stays on track with their development goals.
Continued Coaching (optional) is offered to assure the client works the development plan and reaches his/her development goals. This is an additional 6 individual sessions over a 3-month period with a development follow-up administered at the end to assess client progress.

Program Description
The Management Incubator is a development program for emerging leaders in your organization - both new managers and soon to be promoted employees. Through competency based leadership assessments, experiential learning, individual coaching and development planning, the Management Incubator gives participants reliable information about their leadership style, potential challenges, strengths and weaknesses as emerging leaders in their organization.

The Management Incubator was created in collaboration with two fine local companies, Woman’s Hospital & Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center, both on a quest to identify, develop and retain emerging leaders in their organizations. Since then they’ve been joined by Community Coffee, Jacobs Engineering, Associated Grocers, and many others.
